How to Ration Card Updation at Our CSC
1. Visit Our Center
Bring your existing ration card and the documents you want to update (e.g., new Aadhaar card, proof of address, etc.).
2. Choose the Type of Update
We help you select the appropriate update service — name correction, address change, member addition/removal, Aadhaar linking, or mobile update.
3. Submit Required Documents
Submit self-attested copies of supporting documents based on the update type.
4. Application Submission
We fill and submit the update request through the state government portal.
4. Acknowledgment Receipt
You’ll receive a reference number to track the status of your update request.
Details Required to Ration Card Updation
- Aadhaar Card (for Aadhaar linking, member correction)
- Address Proof (utility bill, rent agreement, etc. for address change)
- Birth Certificate (for DOB correction)
- Marriage Certificate (for name or spouse addition)
- Death Certificate (for member removal)
- Passport-size Photograph
- Existing Ration Card Copy
Note: Mobile number should be active for receiving OTP and status updates.
