What is a Eshram Card ?
The e-SHRAM Card is a digital identity card launched by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, for unorganized workers across the country. It provides a unique 12-digit UAN (Universal Account Number) and ensures access to social security schemes and government benefits.
This initiative is designed to benefit construction workers, migrant laborers, street vendors, domestic workers, gig workers, and other unorganized sector workers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Should be aged between 16 and 59 years
- Must be working in the unorganized sector
- Should not be an income tax payer
- Should not be a member of EPFO or ESIC
How to Apply for Eshram Card at Our CSC
1. Visit Our Center
Walk into our Common Service Center (CSC) for hassle-free registration.
2. Provide Aadhaar Details
Your Aadhaar number is mandatory for e-KYC. We assist in secure biometric or OTP-based Aadhaar authentication.
3. Fill eSHRAM Registration Form
Our staff will help you fill in the required personal details like name, address, occupation, skills, and bank account information.
4. Link Bank Account
Linking a valid bank account is essential to receive benefits under various schemes.
5. Get Your e-SHRAM Card
After successful registration, your e-SHRAM card will be generated instantly, which we can print and give to you or send it to your WhatsApp/email.
Documents Required for Eshram Card
To apply for an e-SHRAM Card, bring the following documents:
- Aadhaar Card (mandatory)
- Mobile Number Linked with Aadhaar (for OTP-based registration)
- Bank Account Passbook or copy with IFSC code
- Active Mobile Number
Note: If mobile is not linked with Aadhaar, we offer biometric-based registration at our center.
