How to Apply for Caste Certificate at Our CSC
1. Visit Our Center

Come to our CSC with the necessary documents during working hours.

2. Fill the Caste Certificate Application Form

Our team will guide you in accurately completing the official state-specific form.

3. Document Verification

Submit your proof of identity, address, and caste. We will verify your documents and upload them securely.

4. Officer Review & Approval

Your application is sent to the concerned Tehsildar or authorized officer for approval and processing.

5. Certificate Issuance

Once approved, your caste certificate will be issued and made available for download or pickup.

You need one valid document from each category:

Proof of Identity (Any one):
  • PAN Card
  • Voter ID
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Aadhaar Card
Proof of Address (Any one):
  • Electricity Bill
  • Bank Statement / Passbook
  • Water Bill
  • Ration Card
  • Rent Agreement
Proof of Caste (Any one):

  • Affidavit by Self or Parent
  • Recommendation from Local Authority
